I will be conducting a complete General Inspection of each and every member's village(s):

In short, this means that EVERY member will grant my person a Temporary Sittership of their account(s) when respectfully requested to do so sometime within the next two weeks.

The purpose of this inspection will be to see where suggestive improvements can be provided for not YOU as an individual wargamesman; but, too assess where it is WE stand as a viable alliance; (ergo), for the mutual benefit of all of US.

Failure to comply will have YOUR Membership's continued involvement revoked.

This could get interesting, I know that other have different ideas of the proper mix of troops than I do.

Personally, I don't like this idea. I don't like being micromanaged IRL, and I feel like that is what is happening here in this game.

This alliance has issues in that there is little communication among the "rank and file" of the membership. Mandatory inspections and punitive actions aren't going to encourage the little guys to speak up and participate.

This is not micromanagement Emoui; in that... assisting others through suggestively advising where they can better apply there skill(s), as far as offense/defense evolvement--- is far from micromanagement. And were half of what YOU have just stated truly factual, I would not even be replying; nevertheless, being as though YOU have created a type of dissenting opinion, then I suggest that YOU as a Leader get on the ball and help maintain the infrastructure of this ALLIANCE.
Over half of the membership does not have a Sitter.
Over half of the membership is not even participating in OUR Forum... let alone even registered.
And over three-quarters,(3/4) of OUR Alliance's membership fail too communicate; except under extreme measures.
Now albeit... this supposed altrusim about this Computer-program was always supposed too be a fun-loving and happy-camper type wargame is not necessarily the fact, or reality; but rather, this will only come about through an Alliance working as a TEAM... as ONE.

I don't think that accusing members of being less than factual for voicing a dissenting opinion is a good way to build morale. In fact, I think that is a very good way to lose alliance members. I voiced an opinion. You called me a liar. That is just plain rude. I would like an apology.
